If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please contact me and I will do my upmost to resolve the issue.

I pride myself on my work and the satisfaction of my customers. Should you be unhappy with your purchase you can return your goods for a full refund up to 14 days after it has been delivered. In this instance, please contact me before returning the item.  Postage to be paid by sender, unless goods are faulty. 

 Bespoke items and commissions are excluded from the returns policy, so please contact me directly to discuss.
