2 day Splatter Art Workshop

Splatter Art - two day workshop £120 pp Saturday & Sunday 12th & 13th April 2025! Suitable for all abilities. In this exciting workshop you will create your own unique painting using a fun splatter painting technique. You have two options for this workshop- Option one- WILD MEADOW painting on a 60x80cm stretched canvas. Option two - ENTWINED HEART on a 60x60cm stretched canvas . Entwined is by far my most popular painting, and now you have the chance to learn how to create one yourself! It is a bit more tricky to get your shape than the wild meadow workshop, but still super fun and achievable. Due to the space needed to create your masterpiece's this workshop will be held at Muddiford court, a beautiful setting, a very short distance from my studio. Day one (Saturday) - splatters! quite messy so please wear old clothes! you can drop in any time between 9-5 to create your splatters. This does not take very long, but is also very fun to spectate! Day two (Sunday) adding beautiful flowers and foliage, optional stencils to make it even easier. You will need at least 4 hours for the wild meadow and 3 hours for entwined hearts, but you can attend any time between 9-5 to work on your artwork. Included in your workshop price will be refreshments, tea coffee, prosecco and soft drinks. Home made cakes by the talented muddifords court chef. You may wish to bring a packed lunch on the Sunday. There is no heating in the barn so please bring a jumper if its a cold morning. When booking it will only show the Saturday, but you will be automatically booked onto the Sunday. Your background colour choice will be painted by me in advance of the workshop, so we are ready to get messy and have fun on the day. There will be 4 background colour choices. Midnight, denim blue, pale olive , light grey. I will need to know your background colour choices and workshop option in advance of your workshop, but it’s not essential to choose at the time of booking. Venue address- Muddifords Court, Halberton EX15 2QG £60 deposit required on booking, remainder due at your workshop. If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit is refundable if cancelled up to 4 weeks before the event; 4-1weeks you can use your deposit to reschedule another workshop minus £25 to cover your canvas cost if attending a different type of workshop; less than 1 weeks notice is non refundable. Your painting will need to dry before they can be collected, normally 1-2 days. Or can be posted.
